EXCore is a training gym that evolves humans: it counters automation bias and cognitive debt — the all-but-physiological human responses that inevitably come with using AI — so that people keep holding the reins. At its core, OQ (Oversight Quotient) is a deterministic score of how well a human can oversee AI. It cross-references two axes — domain knowledge and cognitive engagement — to distinguish “knowing but not checking” from “not knowing at all.” OQ is the core metric of the EXCore system. The scoring engine is fully rule-based and non-AI. AI is used only to prepare test materials, never to evaluate people.
